Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed predominantly neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier:
– have taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately;
– have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if you have ordered a good that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or items.
If several of the above scenarios apply, the withdrawal period does not begin to run until you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, the last partial shipment, or the last item.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (corollifex® gifts & history GmbH, Leibnizstr. 11, 97204 Höchberg / Würzburg, fax: +49 (0) 931/99 13 164-29, email: info@corollifex.de) by means of a a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the cancellation form for this, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using our withdrawal function on the “Withdraw from Contract” page. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email), containing information regarding the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2 Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this diminished value results from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
